Terms of Service

By creating an Omni JR account you agree to these terms. The account holder must be a parent, guardian, or other adult (18+) responsible for the child.

Omni JR provides AI-powered tutoring aligned to the NSW K–6 curriculum. Lessons are generated and adapt to the child's performance. Omni JR is a supplementary learning tool, not a replacement for formal schooling, professional tutoring, or clinical assessment.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@omnijr.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

Each child receives up to 6 hours of active lesson time per rolling 7-day window. "Active time" excludes idle, paused or backgrounded sessions. We may adjust caps with reasonable notice to keep the service sustainable.

Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are being misused.

Lesson content generated by Omni JR is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use within your family. You retain ownership of anything you or your child upload.

AI may occasionally make mistakes. Parents should review progress and use their judgement. To the extent permitted by law, Omni JR is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
